「智慧交通系統提供電車到站時間、目的地及載客量，於車站顯示屏顯示給乘客。讓乘客的乘車體驗更舒適，更方便規劃行程。還另外於下層樓梯旁設置指示燈，以顯示上層載客量，來改善樓梯通道堵塞的情況，保障乘客的安全。」

“Long-standing issues such as overcrowding on trams and difficulties in disembarking have been persistent problems. We aim to address these enduring challenges by replacing one side of the bench with a slanted plank, while one row remains seated. This arrangement not only creates additional space but also eases the process of disembarking. Furthermore, potentially more passengers are available. Passengers can enjoy a more pleasant journey on Ding Ding.”
